
I love a good brownie but unfortunately they're not very healthy. This recipe is amazing because it hits the sweet spot while also packing heaps of goodness without the guilt.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup of cooked and mashed sweet potato
• 1/2 cup of healthy peanut butter
• 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup
• 1/4 cup of chocolate protein powder ( I use bulk nutrients collagen protein powder)
• 2 eggs
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 175°. Mix all the ingredients together. Line a baking dish with baking paper and pour mix in. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until it is cooked through. Enjoy on its own or with some coconut yoghurt!
